Art Stage Singapore is the leading Asian art fair connecting the world to the best of Asian contemporary art and is held every January in Singapore. ==History==
Art Stage Singapore is founded by veteran art fair organizer, Lorenzo Rudolf. Rudolf initially rejected a proposal to launch Art Basel in Singapore in 1992 but later revisited the idea of creating a unique Asian art fair. The fair took nine years to be realized. In 2010 Art Stage Singapore was born and the first edition was held in 2011 at Marina Bay Sands.
